This area of Pankow has been quite famous during the early DDR time, cause the member of the government were living here. It's an ellipse-shaped street, many trees around and very interesting houses with gardens.
Honecker
(General Secretary of the Socialist Unity Party from 1971 until 1989) was living here, as well as
Wilhelm Pieck
(the first President of the DDR).
