Südgelände Nature Park (Schöneberg)

After the well known Volkspark Friedrichshain, a less known one, but really interesting, maybe good to be descovered when the Spring will arrive.

This park is between two big train conjunctions. The original idea was to create a new big station, then the property has moved to the Berlin Senate and they decide to create a new park "intended as compensation for the negative impact on nature at the Potsdamer Platz".
The park is a nature and landscape conservation area, mostly built with metal materials from the train stations. The feeling inside the park is to be between trains, but in the nature and everything is train's related.
